Hello, I've a quick question about MS300.

MS300 supports or will support Auto-configuration of Full/Half duplex?

Currently, the MS300 supports auto-sensing of the bandwidth (10/100), but does not support auto-negotiation of duplex. The duplex for a port must be set with the console, a telnet session, or the GUI management software that comes with the switch. As far as I know, there is no plan for future hardware versions to support auto-negotiation of duplex.
