I just spent a very frustrating hour scanning the NPB web site trying to find 
a part number for clearVISN 1.1a. Is it different from the old clearVISN 
CD-ROM? What part number do I need to order to ensure that the latest and 
greatest show up onsite? I don't want the custoemr to feel any more pain than 
they have to!

    The part number is the same as the previous version, just rev'd up one.
    
    The number is AI-QY8CB-BK according to the SSB where this thing is
    shipped from.
