    Hello,

Could anyone help to confirm Hubwatch can see the hardware failure of
the port of DECserver 90L+. If not, will it be any alternatives such
that the customer can identify the hardware problem rather than
swapping with other associated components like cables,
terminals/printers, etc to identify the problem.

    Thanks,

| What do you mean by a port failure?

I have had a look at both HUBwatch and ClearVISN, and the only details
you can see are the actual server counters, (LAT & physical counters).

The port only tells you framing errors. You could try a factory reset
but that would do the whole server.

Apart from that there is little else you can do.

| If a DECserver 90L+ port is dead, can it be viewed by
Hubwatch/ClearVisn ? Can the framing error detected on this port give
    us some hints ?

    Thanks,
