I just blindly installed the clearVISN product set from a copy that was on the easynet to a PC running Windows 3.1. When I go to start the router manager I get "Cannot initialize socket library, error 1104: no data record available" The MultiChassis Manager and the Recovery manager work so I am on the network. There is a readme about the router manager that only talks about Windows 95 and NT yet the kit I installed was called v100_16.zip Thanks for any help. John Murphy

I demonstrated this problem to John Forino last week at the SE Forum.
John is looking into it now.
