    I have got the same problem.  The environment variable HUBWATCH_LIBRARY
    has been set and exported in /.profile.  I can run hubwatch from a
    DECterm and the agent file is recognised.  But when I launch hubwatch
    from Netview which I started from session manager, the HUBWATCH_LIBRARY
    environment variable was not recognised.  The agent file was unknown in
    the hubwatch - community menu.
    How could I set the environment parameter in session manager ?
