    Customer is running HUBwatch/VMS 3.1.3 on VMS 6.1. She wants to add
    a community for a standalone decserver 90l to her DECagent 90 (3.0.1).
    She has done ADD AGENT part. When she tries to ADD MODULE, she gets
    the following accvio:
    
    %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=
    00000010, PC=003A6DCA, PSL =03C00000
    
    This happens as soon as she clicks on configuration/add.
    
    I had here reinstall HUBwatch to eliminate the possiblity of a 
    corrupted image. No change.
    
    Any ideas?
