    I have recently upgraded my hub to 4.1. Today I upgraded a brouter 90 to
    version 10.02 and discovered that the brouter health icon does not work.  I
    get a no response from agent error, when I try to access this screen.
    This was working fine in version 3.1.  I did not try this
    in version 4.0.  any ideas???
