    Is DEHUA-CX no more orderable.  Please let me know if DEHUA-NB is
    the correct replacement for Central Europe?

	Customer has a DECswitch 900 EF in a DEHUA-NB. A loss of power was experienced and the switch came up with no leds on and non-functional. They recycled power on the switch and it came up fine. There is a UPS involved and the customer is trying to determine if it is an "online" UPS system or "offline" requiring some time frame before power is restored. We suspect that the power to the switch was unstable and it came up in a confused state. Has anyone seen/heard of any problems related to this? The customer will supply me the firmware version later today.
