    1) Would it be possible to set the 'default gateway' on HUB900 MAM via
    SNMP manager (e.g. PNV)?
    
    If yes, then which object should be set ?
    
    2) What kind of traps will be sent from Portswitch 900TP/FP? Do we have
    any TRAP definitions canbe shown to customer?
    
    (I could not find any traps from dec-hub900-erptr-mib-v2-0.txt)

Regarding question 1, wave 3 versions of the MAM and 900 linecards support setting a default gateway address, but only via the local setup console. No IP address information is currently settable via SNMP. The intent is to prevent security problems - remote intrusion changing an IP address. IP changes must be made locally. Dotsie
