  hello,

  starting Hubwatch V3.1.3 for Open-VMS VAX my customer encounred
  the following problem:

  under Summary sub-window From GIGAswitch line card summary all counters and
  Value are false or totally wrong, aka ring purger equal ?

  and on the starting window  the following error message appears

  parsed_signedinteger, length error: 29
parse_varbind, vb_ptr->value.sl_value
parse_pdu, vb_ptr
parsed_signedinteger, length error: 29
parse_varbind, vb_ptr->value.sl_value
parse_pdu, vb_ptr
parsed_signedinteger, length error: 29
parse_varbind, vb_ptr->value.sl_value
parse_pdu, vb_ptr

 Does anaybody know this kind of problem

    We have found a number of problems with the GIGAswitch.  Some have to
    do with HUBwatch getting correct information and displaying it 
    incorrectly and some with the GIGAswitch returning the wrong 
    information.  I have a rough list of the former and am working on
    the latter.  I'll check to see if your problem has already be
    identified.

    just to add more details the gigaswitch port reporting this problem
    is connected in Dual-Homing on 2 Concentrators Synoptics

    may be it's should important to know that.
