HUBwatch on VMS V3.1.3
Agent in DEChub 90 slot 8, BL05.01 V2.1.3
DECrepeater 90T+ in slot 6, V1.0
I am having similar problems as the person in note 1883 along with the
following-
A PC connected to port 3 has its address showing in HUBwatch on port 7.
The PC has not been moved. Why?
Addresses for PCs connected to ports 1-2 and 4-7 are not showing up
in HUBwatch at all (this sounds like the problem in 1883).
Checks were made over a 30 minute period with no changes on the
HUBwatch display.
Thanks,
Leland

Leland,
Was the PC now connected to port 3 ever connected to port 7?
The only explanations that I can think of short of a bug are:
1) The PCs in question are not generating any network traffic
through the repeater ports. This assumes that the PC showing
up on port 7 was at one time connected to port 7 and was
then generating network traffic.
2) A [Refresh] was not done to the HUBwatch display. You mention
that checks were done to the HUBwatch display, did this include
doing a [Refresh]?
I tried this with the latest HUBwatch and DECagent 90 code and did
not see a problem.
Regards,
Bob

Thanks for the reply, Bob. I won't be back on-site to try this for
about 3 weeks.
