    A customer has a HUB 900 with a BRIDGE 900MX, four REPEATERS 90TL,one
REPEATER 90FL and four POWER SUPPLIES.

The HUB is losing the IP address after a kind of reset. I've already
replaced the agent module, but it happens again.

After configuration the hub works good.

    The dump information is :

          4: Ps problem ! ac_ok, dc_bad , 48v_ok

    Can anyone help me ?

This looks an *awful* lot like a power supply problem....combined
with your statement that the loss of the IP address happens after a
"kind of reset". It seems to me that the power supply is failing in
such a way as to cause the NVRAM in the MAM to reset to factory
    defaults.....

| PITULEY,

Thanks a lot for your answer, i'll replace the last power supply and
    wait. Because it isn't frequently.

    Thanks,
