Is there any way of getting HUBwatch for Windows to run on ALPHA NT
system?

Is it possible to install HUBwatch on a networked Windows machine, then
copy the HUBwatch files and directories to the Alpha/NT machine, then
run HUBwatch as a Windows program in emulation mode?
