    Can someone point me in the right direction. A customer here has a Dec
    Agent 90 at version 1.0 firmware. He needs to go to the latest version
    which I believe is 2.1. 
    
    He says that he can't go directly from 1.0 to 2.1 withthe current
    version of decndu. He needs to somehow het to version 1.1 first and
    then he can upgrade the rest of the way.
    
    1) is there firmware on the net for version 1.1
    
    2) the customer is on the internet so if the firmware is on the net can
    someone please point us to the correct location and file name.
    
    3) how is it loaded - ie: if decndu won't upgrade v1.0 to 2.1 then I am
    assuming it won't ugrade from 1.0 to 1.1. How is the upgrade performed.
