I have a problem that maybe someone can shed some light on with a
repeater 900GM . I have not looked at the problem onsite but am
    relaying the customers observation.
The port in question worked for around a month then quit working.
The customer tested the port with a PC , the link light on the
PC E-net card " goes on for a few seconds then goes out"
(customers words). This sounds strange to me . Is there a chance
the port has gone into some segmented mode? The port in question is
in a demo lab so who knows what was put into the wall jack.

| Is your customer running HUBwatch or any other SNMP management tool
which they might be able to use to diagnose the problem?
