1642.0. "Hubwatch launch within OpenView" by SNOC02::CALEYJASON (The truth although interesting, is irrelevant.) Tue Nov 01 1994 00:37
    Hi,

I have a copy of HP Openview for Windows X7.2 and SSB version of
    Hubwatch v3.1.

I have setup OV with a Dechub 900 icon and entered an IP address and
left the community at the defaults (public) as is the hub community
    setting.
When using Hubwatch in standalone I have no problems, however when I
attempt to launch to the device within OV, the Hubwatch program
executes and after a brief pause and a blank screen, tells me there if
no reponse from the agent and times-out.

I believe this has something to do with OV not passing all of the
required parameters onto Hubwatch. Has someone got this working, or
this there a document anywhere which will give me assistance??

    Thanks & Regards,

    Jason Caley,
    Network Products Business Unit.

| 1642.1 | Increase UDPMaxSock in PWTCP.INI | NETCAD::WAGNERCOFFIL |  | Thu Nov 03 1994 10:04 | 6 |
| | If you are using the IP stack from HUBwatch, edit the PWTCP.INI
file in the \HUBWATCH\IPSTACK directory and try increasing the
UDPMaxSock value in the [TCPIP] section. Sounds like the 'run out
	of sockets problem'.
