    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else has been having any problems
installing the new version of the DEChub 900 firmware.

I used DECnet to copy the files from NETCAD::PROJ$722:[ONEHUB.
RELEASE.FIRMWARE.V1_1.DOS] (Actually the BACKUP utility so that the
subdirectories were created) to my system that has PATHWORKS file
services. I then copied the files from the file service to my drive
A with a newly formatted disk in it. I do a directory on drive A and
everything looks OK. The number of files and sizes match the list in
the directions detailing how to build the diskettes. When I attempt
to install the software I pull down the file menu and select run.
I enter a:\install and things look like they're OK. When I get
prompted for the second disk I put it in. I then keep getting a
message to place the second diskette in drive A. Apparently it isn't
recognizing the second disk. Again, if I do a directory listing - no
    problem.

I've reformatted the disk several time and have copied the files
    over several times as well.

    	Any suggestions?

| You need to label the 2nd diskette "DCF_2" using the file manager's "Disk" pulldown and select the "Label Disk..." option. ...Roger... P.S. I have made a note to eliminate this restriction for the next release. | |||||

| Hi Roger,

That fixed it. Thanks for the quick response.
