I am trying to setup Hubwatch v3.0 (VMS) on a vax Station 3100/76. I have installed ucx and Hubwatch started the relevent process BUT when I type WATCH/AGENT "ip addres of decagent 90" I get the following error "Hubwatch initisation error" Any body got any ideas. VMS ver 5.5-2 Regards Rc

And, can your system running Hubwatch see your agent in terms of
TCP/IP. I got the same error once on my VAXstation if I had no route
to my agent. So make sure you can ping your agent.
UCX> PING <your agent's ip address>
UCX> SHOW ROUTE
and if needed:
UCX> SET ROUTE <agent network> /GATE=<your gateway ip addr> /PERM
