    After installing HUBWatch and using the NDIS driver (because i have to
    use IP and DECNET) I had the following problem after a warm reboot of 
    my PC.
          LOADING DEPCA.DOS gives me a wrong IRQ (1F) and a wrong memory
          adres.
    	  Of course NETBIND failed with an error 33, unable to bind.
    
    A cold start did not have this problem.
    
    The Pathworks Support Group in utrecht give me the sollution, use the 
    DEPCA.DOS or the MACDEPCA.DOS from the floppy that came with the
    ethernet controller.
    
    Perhaps this can be included in the release notes of HUBwatch.
