    After I install HUBwatch for window V1.1 on my PC.  I got an error
    when starting the MS-WINDOW :
    
    VPKTDRVR: Virtual Packet Driver - Version 1.02g
    VPKTDRVR: Copyright ........
    	    : all right reserved
    VPKTDRVR: Licensed to Digital ......
    	    : other distribution or use prohibited.
    VPKTDRVR: ***  ERROR ***
    	    : REAL-MODE INIT DID NOT FIND PACKET DRIVER
    VPKTDRVR: NETWORK FUNCTIONS WILL FAIL
    
    
    Note: DEPCA.DOS driver is being used.
          VPKTDRVR.386 in in the correct directory (\HUBWATCH\CORE)
    
    I double checked with the installing guide and reconfigured again but
    still got the same error.
    Anyone has some idea on this error !!

    The problem is solved.  DEPCA.COM file is missing ...
    After copy it to PC disk, ok.
    
    Now I get another problem, I cannot PING any of the nodes after the
    installation.  If I start the HUBWATCH and try the AUTO DISCOVERY
    (with a DECagent 90 connected to the PC), nothing is detected.
    
    DECagent and HUBwatch uses the same subnet address and mask. community
    string is PUBLIC for both read only and read/write.
    
    I wonder if I did the setup correctly.
    
    Any hint on setting up a DECagent so that the HUBwatch can see it.
