Can sombeody please clarify the following....

If I intend to have a HUB900 config consisting of a DECserver900 TM and a
DECconcentrator 900MX, then to transport the ethernet data to the host
which is situated on the FDDI ring, I will also require a DECbridge 900
placed in the same HUB. This being the case, I could then use the
management utilities to define which ports were to be used for ethernet
    and FDDI respectively.

If this is the case, is there a release date set for the bridge ?

    Thanks

    Harvey

| There is a Date... And a Price. And the Price is better than the date.
Product contact is Karl Pieper. (used to be on TOOK:: ?)

Remember you will also need a way of selecting the INTER-LAN
connections with the backplane ports. If it is HUBWATCH you
desire,HUBWATCH support for DECBRIDGE is after the module(only a few
months away if I recall correctly.)
Bill NAC::Seaver is the HUBwatch Marketing person but Karl knows this
    stuff as well.

End result, I think with some SNMP 'voo-doo' you can set it up without
hubwatch. else get some wires and patch it up from the front ports
    until NMS is ready ;^)

Just a field guy so the info's 2nd hand...& then some..
