HUBwatch for Windows V1.0 is not on the public directory. It is
now available from the SSB. Loan kits of various duration are
also available. We did not submit the Sales Update yet, because
we wanted to get the loanable kit process in place first.
Since we owe a royalty on the software, we must keep track of it.
Even though it is royalty free for internal use, we have to be
careful about making it freely copyable, so that we can pass an
audit.
If someone has a use that is strictly internal, then send me mail
at NAC::FORREST with your request and a brief description of your
planned use.

Do we have part numbers for HUBwatch for Windows? If so, where can I find
them since they aren't in Sales Update yet? If there aren't part numbers
yet, is it possible to loan a copy out to a customer for evaluation
purposes?
Just out of curiosity, is there a royalty for HUBwatch for VMS? If not,
why?

| You can order if from SSB. Let me know if you know anyone that knows how to get
this up and running with the DE201 card. We're having problems and can't seem
to find help. We're trying to do a customer demo plus training for our
Distributors.

Note that customers should order QB-MQDAW-AA; this part number
includes the media, docs, and license.
There is a royalty on HUBwatch for Windows V1.0 and V1.1 other
than for internal use. There is no royalty on HUBwatch for VMS
or HUBwatch for ULTRIX as these were developed internally.
HUBwatch for Windows V2.0 will be a port of HUBwatch for VMS 2.0,
and thus will not have a royalty.
HUBwatch for Windows should be loanable, though I haven't checked
lately.
