1023.0. ""ILLEGAL OPERATION" OPENING EXCHANGE" by JULIET::MULOCK_PA () Tue Apr 22 1997 19:05

    HELP!

    I had to reboot my PC this morning and when I tried to open Exchange I
    got a message saying that there was an illegal operation performed.
    Selecting the details option gave me the following message:

    MPREXE caused an invalid page fault in
    module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff78053.

    I have had this error before but was always able to reboot one more
    time and be able to access Exchange. I've rebooted/restarted the
    system 5 or 6 times already and continually get this message. The
    first time I got it, I logged a call and CNS wasn't sure what was
    causing it, but when we rebooted, I was able to get in.

    Does anyone have any ideas what's happening and if there is anything I
    can do to eliminate this problem. I have two managers whose mail I
    handle from my account, so this problem isn't affecting just me, but my
    ability to support them also.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance. And I apologize if this has been
    discussed elsewhere -- I honest don't have the time to search through
    all the entries.....
