I have my Schedule+ schedule on a server and have given several people
the ability to make changes. I have a desktop PC and a notebook. I now
want to travel with Schedule+ on the notebook. When I am connected, it
works perfectly, however, the "Synchronise" button does nothing. When I
am offline, Schedule+ I get the "Work offline" option button and click
on it. Schedule+ then informs me that my schedule file is not
available. I suspect that there is some trick I am missing here. The
help file and answer Wizard do not help. How do I create a local file
to synchronise?
Note that all my Exchange mail stuff works perfectly off line.
Regards,
Maurice

In Schedule+, select Tools/Options/Synchronize. Tick the box labelled "Work Primarily from Local File". Hit OK and then it should prompt you to create a local Schedule file on your system. The synchronize will in effect copy the information from the server to your local file. You can then access Schedule+ when working offline. Nige. | |||||
