I cannot lookup names from either a browser or from the Elf Service
that we have loaded into MS Exchange.
The following is the error I get from my broswer (Netscape)

There4 was a mass mail message sent out this morning telling people to
update their ELF entries.
My guess is that this caused a meltdown at the server.
