Help!
I need an urgent contact to an AtariST user in the area of Stuttgart in
Germany.
Early this year I bought a Lacom SQ555 44MB cartridge system for my
MegaST by mailorder from Edicta in Stuttgart. Shortly after the 6 month
warranty time the builtin SCSI controller gave up its mind (read
'chips'). It was still seen by the computer but was not recognized. So
I sent in the whole thing for repair. This was on Sept, 5. In the
accompaning letter I gave a description of the problem and asked for an
immediate recevie confirmation (added address, tel, and FAX). But
nothing came back!
I have been trying to get through to Edicta by phone, but their number
has always been busy during the last 3 weeks. I however could get
through with a FAX (dated Dec, 2.) but got no answer.
My question now is:
Can some fellow Atari user in the Stuttgart area please help me get in
touch with Edicta! Please contact me by phone or mail (address at
bottom).
