Do somebody now if the RD32 HD-drive could be Formated with RLL
i got a MEGAFILE-30 (RLL Recording) ?
somebody try it already with MFM (SH-205) and works fine

There's been a lengthy argument about this on comp.sys.ibm.pc.
The RD32 is an ST251, I think. That's MFM rated, not RLL-rated.
It MIGHT work. It might work for a while and crap out. It might have
more bad sectors than with MFM and develop more over time.
I don't recall any mention of the 251 being used that way (the 277R is
the RLL-rated version) so you can try it at your own risk! But do keep
backups handy.
