| | I just finished the game last week. I did not have any trouble
saving the game, there is a small disk shaped icon beside the hour
glass shaped icon, just click on the disk shape. One save per
formatted disk. Its a much bigger dungeon (castle) than D.M. but in my
opinion not quite as good. In two player mode it was impossible to
find enough food for both parties.

P.S. Keep one backup save game every now and then. I found a few dead
    ends.

| 645.2 | Bad disk | RODNEY::PETERS | Don Peters, CTC2-1/F10, 287-3153 | Fri Nov 10 1989 13:22 | 14 |
| | Problem solved: bad disk.
We checked out another version at the dealer we bought the first game from,
and it worked. But that was under TOS 1.0, so I brought that disk home and
tried it under my TOS 1.4. Still worked, while my original one didn't. The
dealer allowed me to swap it, so now we can do saves. The only other
game disks that went bad one me were Populous and Tetris, and I was able to
send them back for replacements.
Its interesting to note that these game disks I've had problems with were
all copy protected - even Procopy couldn't handle Populous and Bloodwych, so
the game vendors may be pushing copy protection to the limits of hardware
capability.

Interesting . . . the only disk that I have had "go bad" was
one of my kid's Read-a-Rama disks which was copy protected.
	. . . and they charged me $12 (!) for a replacement. (and
the program's not all that great either)

(or is it in??), the room contains one green square on
on the floor with a door behind it, when you tread on the
square a pillar appears in front of this door. Blocking your
exit this room, all other exits are blocked by pillars or there
is locked door and cant find any keys etc the room contains three
buttons, pressing these has various results, one pillar vanishes
near the green square but this does not seem to help. Other buttons
can be seen however when you try and press them you are warpped
back to the entrance of the room, he has tried every thing can to
get out of this room can any one help???????

| 645.5 | You can' get there from here | OTIGER::T_HERSHBER |  | Thu Apr 26 1990 09:01 | 15 |
| | Some help follows:

The yellow button and door with the pillar in front are red
herrings. You can not get through that door. The sequence to get out
of the room is complicated and there are two invisible pads the reset
the sequence. The sequence, starting with your back to the door you
came in, go push the red button to the left. Return to the door. Then
go push the red button to the right, this should remove a pillar.
Return to the left side red button and push a second time. Walk
through the spot where the pillar was to avoid the invisible pad. Go
back to the right, there should be a section of wall missing with a key
behind it. Avoid the invisible pad. The key is for the door to the blue
button. Push the blue button to remove part of the wall by the left
hand red button. The key to the room in there.
