Rainbow TOS has some utility programs which Atari has released to
the user community.
LDP::SYS$UNSUPPORTED:RAINBOW.ARC contains those utilities. They
won't be there forever, so if someone can copy them to another
area I would appreciate it.
Of note are CACHE.TTP rename to CACHE90.PRT in your AUTO folder and
it caches file information and file data in separate caches. Note
that it works for both floppies and hard disks and makes an
impressive increase in performance.
There is also a program to fix two problems with TOS 1.4, RTS/CTS
handling and some obscure file selection problem.
Mouse Accelerator \\ also contains a screen saver function.
A newer hard disk parker (SHIP) for Atari Hard disks that can be used
as a desk accessory.
There are one or two more, files describe each utility.

I get RMS-F-DEV Error in device name or inappropriate device type
for operation.
Any Clues ???
