NO. They dont appear to have shipped it yet. About three months
ago Atari (UK) held a launch jamboree in a London hotel for the
ABAQ, the CD rom and some more PC clones. At the Big show in LOndon
last week, there were some ABAQS on the ATARI stand but no CD ROM,
I asked the Atari salesperson where it was, he replied that they
"Still had some minor teething problems."
There have been a couple of big reviews of the thing in the UK Atari
magazines, so the hardware does exist. One reviewer was quite impressed
with its CD rom capability, but was not so impressed with the Audio
performance.
