My name is Beat Hefti and I am working for the CRG in Switzerland
(Telesupport). This to my person, but now to the "little" problem I have.
Last September I bought my Magic Sac in a computer shop down town zurich.
The Software I got was Version 3.00. ( Sh...) . Since then I'm trying to get
a new version. I think I did everything I could. I wrote two times a letter
to Data Pacific ,I sent my registration to them, I phoned 3 times to Denver
but nothing happened. There is also no chance to get the new software from
somebody else in Switzerland or Europe.
So my question: - is there somebody out there who is able to help me ??
