Below follow the infoserver crash that is occuring with Infoserver
software version 3.4 . Is that crash familiar ?

|  |     Can you enable crash dumping so we can get a dump?
    
    Is this a new crash on a usually well-behaved InfoServer? I ask because
    another note had a bad mother board which caused an exception 11.

|  |     Because this crash is not familiar so I will ask customer to enable
    crash dumping.
