               Hello everyone, I have a question concerning Pharoh my
               Abyssinian, he is over 3 months old now, and my question  	
               is that he has green eyes unsted to be gold and it worrying
               me, the raison is that I'm going to show him in November to 
               CFA in Ottawa,I don't know if it's OK! to have an green eyes
               Abyssinian can he be disqualified for that.

    I believe that the Aby standard allows for green eyes or gold eyes, but
    I will have to check.  You could call CFA (the current number is listed
    in note 666.last) and ask them to send you a copy of the standards
    though.  
    
    I have a friend that breeds Abys here in California and it seems that
    I remember her telling me that green eyes are okay in Abys. 
    
    Our you could call your breeder and ask him/her.

                but I had to check with all of you as well, but keep
                me post anyway just  to make sure.

    Well, if it means anything my "The Wonderful World of Cats" poster
    lists eye color for Abys as gold or green.  I would think green would
    be absolutely beautiful!!

    What you can do to be absolutely sure is contact the organization
    who's shows you intend to compete in - e.g. CFA, TICA etc - and
    purchase a copy of the breed standard for abys.
