| As I sit here with tears in my eyes...I am also remembering
my kitty "taffy" who also died about a year ago. This kitty
was very special to me because it was my Mom's who also
passed away. All I can say is that they are together now.
To all the kitty's in heaven...you are loved and remembered!

the graves of my 3 that I lost last year to FELV, Ruby, Tabby, and
Noella. I know what you're feeling. It's nice to have the notes
file full of other cat lovers that you can express these feeling so
freely in.

Sigh....It's only been about three weeks for Duke. We had
buried him in the woods next to our apartment building....and
now we're moving. And I have to leave him.
I still think I hear him meowing every now and then.

It's been nearly 5 months since Percy died. It still seems like
yesterday that I was playing "smush" face with him, letting him spread
out over my lap, the sofa etc and still have half his body hanging
over the edge ;-)
I'll never forget the day that I pulled him out of the hedge. I never
ever want to go through that ever again.
I still love you Percy wherever you are, I still miss you :-(
Put in a good word for Pookie if you have time from up there, she is
still unwell. I think her heart is broken.

sob ... me and wanda miss you, too, rocky. i still see you in the
woods stalking squirrels, and remember the sound of thunder thighs
when i called you to supper :') ... i have your pictures in my office
and everyone says 'what a beautiful cat .. and he looks like he has
personality ...' and mom is proud to tell stories of her boy rocky.
dad misses you lots too.
we'll see you in the great cosmic family reunion place .. me, dad and

It was a year ago that I left Cattyshack in the middle of a blizzard,
carrying a 2 pound ball of red tabby fluff. I never would have
believed anyone (including mama cin) that told me I would actively hit
the show circuit, let alone have a Grand Premier! We've certainly had
our ups and downs this year, but it has all been worth it. Bailey,
sometimes when we are at a show and I am sitting there watching you
sleep, the love that I feel for you just overwhelms me and actually
hurts. I cannot imagine my life without you...

| The first time Diane and I went to Mama Cin's to "just look", the
first thing I saw was this little ball of red fluff. He was laying on
the living floor in a patch of sun light. I went over and patted him
and he looked up at me with those big eyes only baby kitties have. I
said I wanted this one! It was the first time I had ever seen an Exotic
in my life, but Cin told me that he was already taken and headed to
sunny Cal. He turned out to be Bailey! That was almost a year ago! I'm
glad he has such a loving home. Kai and Teddy send their hugs.

picture of Bailey when I visited him during Sales Training, and

Such a beautiful tribute and I'm sitting here feeling sad and happy at
the same time. I remember coming back from disability and finding out
about your two babies and the heartbreak that you went through. All
those months without a kitty and then the Bailes came along - what a
little man - I still imagine him wearaing a bow tie for some reason and
smile when I think of it. You are both very special.

| I remember the 1st time I met Bailey, he was sitting on the arm
of MAMACINS sofa.He had this "angelic look on his face".. those
gorgeous eyes. I also remeber watching him and 1 little brown tabby
and white baby girl.. go on "safari" under MAMACINS Christmas Tree..
giggle ,giggle, giggle.. They were "quite a pair " from what
MAMACIN says..Ah yes tea,@ Cattyshack.. now where is my needle
and thread to er um finish my "pocket project"..

| Happy Valentines Day, Pookie. I know this morning you were
nearby watching me give Happy and Preschie their Valentines
Day Presents. Although we miss you very much, I know in
my heart you are resting comfortably. I know that this
day was always very special to you,it was at a Valentines
Day Show that you got a very special treat. Allison was finally
"successful" at finding you the "perfect mate" and after the show
you and he traveled home to make some ROYAL BABIES!!
OH how proud you made her!!! And Pookie, I was always
very proud of you too. I know you have been
watching Preschie, and Yes she has done very well.
Happy misses you too, and you must admit, that
she is doing a great job with Preschie as well.

And they have another new member - an x-stray by the name of
Damian Slug Linebacker. Sadly he joined Pookie & Company last
night when his owner had him put to sleep at my vet's. He had
FLV.

The minute I heard my sister's voice on the answering machine, I knew
what she was going to tell me. She had to put Pascha down. He was her
17 year old black Persian, truly her baby boy. The years had been good
to him and he lived a long and happy life. When I think of Pottsie I
see him lying on his back in the middle of the family room wanting to be
in the thick of things, but not wanting to be bothered unless he chose to
be. Hopping up on the bed on Sunday morning while we read the paper and
drank coffee, he would sit and purr away, one paw touching the person
closest to him. The living room will be empty without him sitting regally
on his favorite afghan and the house will be silent without his talking
as he moved from one floor to the next. You will be missed Pascha, and
while another cat may be taken in to share their love and affection,
you can never be replaced...

Thank you all for your kind thoughts. I am going to pass these along
to her. It's difficult to be supportive 3000 miles away (she's in
Lancaster, MA, I'm in S.F.). I spoke with her yesterday and she is
looking forward to getting another furface, probably a Himmie. I'll
watch the Sale/Adoption note, and if anyone has any Himmie kittens
