    HI,
    
    is there any note in this file that collects a list of all the shelters
    that will provide a PERMANENT home for a cat - i.e., not kill it if
    they can't find a new owner?
    
    also, it would be helpful if there were some kind of clearing-house for
    e.g. farms that need cats?
    
    i'm interested in the eastern mass/southern n.h. area.
