This older woman is sitting in her rocking chair on her front
porch. She has her cat on her lap and is petting him contentedly
when a fairy godmother appears and offers her three wishes.
"Well," she says. "I guess I'd like to be rich."
And "zing" a mound of gold appears in front of her, enough to
live lavishly for a hundred years.
"Well," she says, "then I guess I'd like to be young and
beautiful."
And "zing" she's young and lovely, again.
She sits for a moment, marveling at her new self, and finally
says, "for my last wish, I'd like you to turn my cat into a
handsome prince."
And "zing" this gallant man stands before her, looks longingly
at her and says, "you're going to really regret you got me fixed."
