|  |     Is there a particular line of cards that they do this sort of thing
    in so that we can specifically protest it i.e one company has a
    line called 76th street, another has a line of Ziggy cards that
    type of thing.

|  |     I don't know.  I got the info from the tree House Animal Foundation's
    newsletter.  They had some cards displayed -- sledge hammer with
    puppy, chain saw with kitten, etc. -- but it wasn't clear which
    specific cards belonged to which of the two companies, as I recall.

    Wish we could find out who the actual photographers of these type
    of photos that sell to the card companies are...

|  |     The photos are juxtaposed (sp?) -- a photo of a cat and a photo
    of a chainsaw over its head, etc. -- not as grim as what you are
    picturing, but bad enough for all that.
