    I am looking for a kitten for my brother and his roomate.  This
    is what they have requested:
    
    		(1) preferably litter-box trained
    		(2) black and white (one wants a black kitten, the other
    		      a white)
    		(3) must be short haired due to minor allergies
    		(4) obnoxious and very active
