| rudi was found one time growling his little head off under the
kitchen table with his version of a mouse in his mouth - when i
was able to get close to him, i saw that it was a piece of the
kitchen sponge that he had bitten off ...
he was found another time, the same way - this time it really
DID look like a mouse - he had an old dried-up furball of his
favorite kitty, Miss Meagan, who IS mousey gray!

| I gave my cat a bath the other day. I know, I know, your not supposed
to give cats a bath, but she was really dirty so I did it.
It went very well actually, she enjoyed it. I would have too...
but the FUR kept sticking to my tongue!!!!!!

| Your not supposed to give your cat a bath???? I think someone
should tell Fire that!!! He EXPECTS his bath at least every two
weeks!!! All of my females get baths at least once a month, and
Fire almost weekly (he's a real male male, and he smells!!).
My cats always get baths after breeding too. If I have a female
coming in for breeding (seldom, but occasionally) then Fire will
get a bath before she comes over, and then again after she leaves.
Kittens start getting bathed at about 6 weeks.
Result: My cats don't mind the bath at all, and some of them even
like it. The reaction to the blow drier is a little different though!!
"Little Fi" purrs through the whole thing, bath and blow drier....in
fact she's the first one I have who actually loves the blow
drier...she'll come running whenever she hears it go on!!!

| I was only kidding Cin! I too bathe my cats every two weeks but
