    I've searched the titles in this conference, and can't find anything on
    this.
    
    Is there a WHOIS for UCX on VMS?  I'm a little surprised that this
    isn't supplied with UCX, and that there does not appear to be a port of
    it anywhere.  This program supplies important functionality that isn't
    available elsewhere: for example, it lets you trace back the headers on
    things like unwanted E-mail to get the address of the domain
    administrator.
    
    I've tried various software archives (Freeware CD, the Digital OpenVMS
    archives, several archives pointed to by our web site) and can't find
    one anywhere.
    
    I did get a whois.c which says it runs on BSD4, SunOS and Ultrix, but
    there are all sorts of problems compiling this on VMS (like the number
    of arguments supplied to socket() and connect() don't match).
    
    Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.
