    When adding a ucx proxy in a cluster only the proxy on
    the node were adding the proxy will be dynamic. On the
    other node's you must first give a set ucx/signal to
    get the proxy in the dynamic database. (This is the 
    right workaround and how it works I think?) But is it
    possible to make a proxy on a other node in the cluster
    dynamic, automatic maybe in a future version?
