	At the customers site, we currently have a 3-node cluster with
	two network interfaces each.

	From outside, using TCP/IP over ISDN, lots of connect requests
	occour to the cluster. Currently ALL requests are processed
	from the node which is "Cluster Impersonator" at that time.

	Could pls anybody give me hints how to distribute (balance)
	those requests among all 3 nodes using UCX features ??

	Is this something with BIND? We are not using BIND at all
	so far (just local databases).

Yes, load balancing uses bind and doesn't use the impersonater scheme at
all. A 'dir/title=balanc' gives the following:
