We have a clustered pair of Alpha 2100's running OpenVMS v6.2 with
    UCX v4.0.
We have been experiencing the following error :
%UCX-E-SMTP_NORECIPIEN, No address to send mail to mail.dec.com
This error is received "sporadically" when using the the following
    addressing scheme :
    	To: [email protected]
SMTP is configured with both "Alternate gateway: RELAY.DEC.COM" and
    "Zone: DEC.COM" as recommended.
I've been told that this is a known "UCX Bind Problem" and that the
only known work around at this point is to stop and restart UCX.
This however would cause problems because there is no convenient time
    to stop UCX.
    Any help ? Thanks...
    Dave Mudge
