	Hi,

	I'd like to know how to handle Urgent flag(TCP header) at rsh 
	Should the Urgent flag be set? Mast it Not be set?


	When I attempt to execute any image located in UCX host with 
	using rsh. UCX rsh server always responds the result with URG=1.

	i.e.   %rsh  ucxhost  run hello

	Howerver, if I attempt to execute any DCL command with using rsh,
	UCX rsh server responds the result without Urgent flag.

	i.e.   %rsh  ucxhost  show time

	I still more confirmed that V4.1 responds it without Urgent flag 
	against both DCL commands and Images.
