5301.0. "dis/ena bootp=>new ucx$boot_bg process" by BACHUS::GOOVAERTS () Wed Mar 05 1997 09:26
Hi,
	we have a customer using ucx 4.1 eco 1 with bootp on AXP.
	Yesterday he had some problems with bootp,so he disabled and
	enabled about 4 times his bootp service in ucx.
	He noticed that he had 5 ucx$boot_bgxxxx processes.

	Apparently each disable/enable sequence generates a new process.

	So he tried to kill the processes,just leaving one,
	but when he killed the 2nd he had a system crash.
	So 2 questions,
	-why is there no check of the existance of already a bootp process?
	-why do we create a new each time we disable or enable bootp service?
