    We have VMS6.2 + UCX 3.1 + PATHWORKS 5.0D. Can I use Slip protcol under
    UCX 3.1? If "YES", Where can I copy the procedure to do?

No, SLIP was a 'new' UCX feature in, i think, UCX V3.2. It was not part of
UCX 3.1.
