	Hi all,

  my customer observed a problem with DEC TCP/IP 4.0 eco2 on 
  OpenVms Vax 5.5-2, from a remote node do a RSH at the system, after the 
  command the BG created is not deleted, the problem is that UCX hangs.
  This is an examples:
  ucx sh dev

  All bg created with rsh should be deleted because the remote command
  with RSH is successful.
  Any idea? Tanks in advance.
