A few years ago, I downloaded PS versions of manuals on tag design, doctypes,
and other esoteric topics, from a central source. Now I can't find them. Could I
ask someone to post/send me the location of these manuals?

Some standard documentation for V21 are still in
IJSAPL::KIT_:[DOCUMENT.V21.BOOKS]
The "special" book (Tag Designers Guide) seems indeed lost. Even I only have
a paper copy since our disks were cleaned a year or so ago...
