I can't find the QAR db on nomahs.
The customer is unable to start the initial phase.
Any idea ?

This problem is probably caused by certain limitation of the user
environment.

Was the Transfer Monitor started up under the SYSTEM account or a user
account?  If under a user account, what are this user's VMS privileges?
What are this user's VMS quota as listed in UAF?  What's the definition
of this transfer?  Is this "special DDAL$COPY_PROCESS.ALPHA" different
from the Copy Process image found in the FT kit?

If you can send these additional details to me at MOKLOC::YU or
[email protected], I can further look into your problem.

      "LNM$TEMPORARY_MAILBOX" = "LNM$GROUP" was the culprit, since years
    this logical is defined as LNM$JOB.
    
    Same bugcheck appears with the final ROR V7.0.
    How this logical name is translated ?
    The customer would like to use the group tables.
