If you are looking for the field test (beta) kit, then, yes, it is
available. Contact Regina Phelps, whose Oracle mail account is
rphelps.us.oracle.com. By the way, the product version is changed
from 6.1 to 7.0. That is because we are more or less synchronizing
with the Oracle Rdb 7.0 release.
If you are looking for the final production release, that won't be
available until field test is over.

We just announced the availability of Replication Option T7.0-5, our
Beta3 release. Final product release will likely be somewhere between
mid-October to mid-November.
